Meet Ami
For me, property has never been about furniture or décor alone; it's about creating places where people genuinely enjoy staying and where owners can feel proud of the investment they've made.
Over the past ten years, I've specialised in designing, launching and managing hundreds of successful short-term rental properties across the UK. That experience has taught me that exceptional guest experiences don't happen by accident. They come from thoughtful presentation, meticulous attention to detail and consistently high standards behind the scenes.
At Inviting Retreats, I oversee everything that shapes a guest's stay, from preparing each property to managing bookings, communication, housekeeping and the countless small details that make the difference between an average review and a memorable experience.
As a property investor myself, I understand the trust involved in handing someone the keys to your investment. That's why I treat every home under our management with the same care, attention and pride as if it were my own. My goal is simple: to protect your property, delight your guests and help you achieve the best possible return without the day-to-day stress.

After nearly two decades in the property industry, I've learnt that this business has very little to do with bricks and mortar. It's about people, trust and doing the right thing, even when nobody is watching.
Throughout my career as an independent estate agent, I've built my reputation on honest advice, transparent communication and long-term relationships rather than sales tactics. I believe landlords deserve clear guidance, realistic expectations and a management partner who genuinely cares about protecting their investment.
My knowledge of the local property market, combined with Ami's expertise in design, hospitality and guest experience, allows us to offer something far more valuable than simply managing bookings. We look after every property with the same level of care and attention we would expect for our own, ensuring it is professionally presented, carefully maintained and occupied by guests who respect it.
